my stay at brockamour manor was disappointing. the steep stairs made hauling my luggage a chore, not to mention the lack of any complimentary welcome gifts! i almost thought about writing a good review, but then the uneven service came rushing back, and i just couldn't. definitely not a 5-star experience, that's for sure.
